— If SHIVIKAJHAROKHA.COM organizes a special event in any month and the entries received under that event do not achieve the desired ranking, then the incentive amount will be given to the creator as per the general ranking.— No fee is charged to anyone for getting incentive money or for publishing creations and videos.
— If any published work or video does not conform to the rules or if a complaint is received, its ranking may be cancelled, publication and payment of incentive amount may be stopped and the writer or creator may be banned from Shivikajharokha.com.
— Shivika Jharokha’s decision regarding compositions and videos will be final and universally accepted.
